I loved watching Rachel Khoo work her magic in her teeny tiny little kitchen in Paris so when I was given the book I had to attempt to re-create some of her recipes, starting of course with cake! These raspberry and lemon curd Madelines were really simple to make and tasted great. Really light tasty bites, even better straight from the oven while the middle is still gooey! Not only is The Little Paris Kitchen book full of delicious recipes but its beautifully designed too with lovely pictures of Paris, tasty food shots and a great mix of typography and colour.
