Rose soap

So as part of my gardening brief I decided to look at how plants and flowers have effected us in the medical sense. I looked at James Wong an Ethnobotanist who create the book Grow Your Own Drugs. I picked a few of his recipes that I could make. It was fairly tricky to find some of the ingredients due to the time of year and my lack of knowledge which meant I could only create certain recipes.
I picked once that would be useful in this time of year. I made ice lollies to help fight of colds and flu, spicy foot oil to help warm your feet and improve circulation, fresh toothpowder to get rid of plague, cherry cough syrup and rose soap to soften your hands.
Now time to test them!
